Insanely Good Fish Tacos Fresh, zesty, and bursting with flavor

Jamie Oliver’s fish tacos are a fun and flavorsome dish, perfect for combining fresh seafood with fresh, zesty toppings. Brilliant dinner for a lazy evening or a sunny weekend meal.

Ingredients

  • 400g white fish fillets such as cod or haddock
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Olive oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • Fresh coriander
  • 2 limes, juiced

Instructions

  • Rub olive oil, paprika, and some salt on the fillets of fish. Grill or pan-fry until it is done for 3-4 minutes for each side.
  • Heat the tortillas over dry pan or oven
  • Break down the fish for serving in tortillas topped with avocado, onion, jalapeño and coriander. Serve with fresh lime juice dripped on top.
