Scrambled Eggs

Creamy and just perfectly cooked

While scrambled eggs is far from being a glamorous dish, Gordon Ramsay’s method has been sprouted around the world. It means slow-cooking the eggs with butter so that it meets the crema texture you may imagine; as far from a traditional dry scrambled egg as one may get.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  •  1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs right into a cold saucepan with butter.
  2. Cook this pan over medium, stirring constantly. Turn the heat off and let cool a bit if needed at the end.
  3. When eggs are creamy but just about set, stir the crème fraîche into the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Chopped chives are optional, yet always nice. Serve immediately.

These scrambled eggs are the epitome of preparation methods to get the exact right texture: soft, creamy, and full of rich flavor. That is how this breakfast staple should be enjoyed–elevated and luxurious.
