Spicy, saucy, and steeped in New Orleans tradition

Shrimp Creole is certainly one of Louisiana’s quintessential dishes. Emeril’s makes the most of all the bright flavors from tomatoes, peppers, and Creole spices in this one dish that just pumps out spicy and savory at the same time. You’ll start to believe you have an authentic taste of the Gulf coast in your kitchen.

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and celery until tender, about 5 minutes.
